About the Position We are now seeking a property manager who will work for our client in Huddinge. As a property manager, you will be the tenants' first point of contact and an important part of everyday life in the area, where you are responsible for handling maintenance requests, performing minor repairs, and ensuring the ongoing care of properties and outdoor environments. The role involves significant independence while working closely with colleagues, contractors, and suppliers. You will be part of a team of approximately 15 people who together manage properties throughout Huddinge, operating from the client's premises. Common Work Tasks: - Serve as the tenants' first point of contact and contribute to high tenant satisfaction. - Conduct regular property inspections and ensure everything is in good condition. - Handle maintenance requests and perform minor maintenance and repairs. - Order materials and services as needed and follow up on smaller tasks. - Participate in apartment inspections during move-ins and move-outs. - Participate in systematic fire safety work (SBA). - Manage smaller projects and improvements in and around properties. - Support contractor relationships when needed and handle basic invoicing documentation. - Participate in official inspections and ensure that work is completed. Assignment Period and Scope: This property manager position is a full-time consulting role starting as soon as possible and is expected to run until the end of the year. Working hours are: - Mon-Thu 07:30-17:00 - Fridays 07:30-12:00 Requirements for the Position: • Three-year secondary school program or equivalent. • Class B driver's license. • Good knowledge of MS Office. • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role – for example, as a property manager, property custodian, janitor, property technician, or repair technician. Meritorious Qualifications: • Practical knowledge of electrical work, plumbing, ventilation, construction, or carpentry. • Experience with customer contact and service work. • Experience with the property system Fast2 About You To succeed in this role, you are service-oriented and enjoy daily contact with tenants. You are practically minded, self-driven, and take responsibility for your tasks, while also having good problem-solving skills and being thorough in your work. Furthermore, you work well with both colleagues and contractors and contribute to a functioning and positive work environment.
