Five years ago, we opened the doors to our magical Tapetfabriken at Marcusplatsen in Sickla. At Home Hotel Tapetfabriken, you will find 236 hotel rooms, 4 conference rooms, and a large, vibrant lobby and restaurant area. Now we are looking for a new handy colleague who sees our house as their own and takes care of it with love and pride. About the Position Working as a property manager with us is a practical and independent role where you are responsible for the daily operations and maintenance of all areas of the hotel (with the help of skilled temporary resources when needed). You ensure that the entire hotel is kept in excellent, safe, and welcoming condition for our guests. Your Main Responsibilities Handle fault reports and perform maintenance, supervision, and care of the hotel's areas (both indoors and outdoors). Responsible for contact and dialogue with our property owner regarding property and maintenance-related matters. Handle the purchase of materials and products and manage contact with external suppliers and contractors for major repairs. Responsible for the operational technical aspects that fall within our area of responsibility (does not include ventilation and heating as these fall within the property owner's area of responsibility). Practical implementation of SBA inspections (systematic fire safety work). Repair, maintain, and fix furniture, fixtures, certain kitchen equipment, etc., as needed. Take care of the property as if it were your own and always ensure the house is in good condition. About You We are looking for someone with a warm, thoughtful personality and a strong sense of service. You have a positive outlook that permeates everything you do, and you are happy to step in and help where needed – whether it is a guest or a colleague. Qualifications and Characteristics Several years of practical experience in property services/operations management and/or relevant education. Good technical competence in property operations and experience with SBA work. Ability to work independently, take own initiative, and prioritize tasks when things get busy. An eye for detail and a high sense of quality and order. Good knowledge of Swedish or English, both spoken and written.
