As a property maintenance specialist with us, you'll play an important role in creating safe, pleasant, and well-maintained outdoor environments for our tenants. We're now looking for a property maintenance specialist focused on outdoor environments and gardening work who enjoys variety in their daily tasks and is committed to going the extra mile—every day! About the Position The property maintenance specialist role is social and service-oriented. You should be able to plan your work and maintain good relationships with tenants, suppliers, and subcontractors. This role suits you if you enjoy practical outdoor work and like managing the daily operations of properties' outdoor areas. The position includes community-focused work to continuously increase safety and improve our neighborhoods. Your responsibilities will vary and include: Garden and outdoor maintenance, such as; weeding, hedge trimming, planting, grass cutting/edging, cleaning, watering, and general upkeep of planted areas Maintaining the property's common areas such as stairwells, basements, and laundry rooms Supervisory work with seasonal staff during summer/winter. You'll be responsible for delegating tasks and ensuring daily operations run smoothly Your Profile Previous experience with property, garden, and green space maintenance Experience from a customer-facing and service-oriented role Fluent communication in Swedish, both spoken and written B-class driver's license An advantage if you have pruning skills What We Offer Learn more about us as an employer and what we can offer you on our website.
