Do you want to work with service and maintenance of condominiums, houses, and businesses? We're looking for a practical, responsible person to handle service, repairs, and ongoing maintenance in condominiums in Karlskrona. You'll work with apartment-focused service and maintenance in condominiums. The focus is on repairs and maintenance inside apartments, where quality, attention to detail, and independence are key. Typical tasks: Repairs and installation Fix dripping faucets and adjust thermostats Bleed radiators and check heating systems Clean ventilation dampers and filters Adjust doors, hinges, and hardware Clear floor drains and water seals Check and replace batteries in smoke detectors Replace lighting and perform basic electrical work Work is performed in private residences and requires a professional and trustworthy demeanor. We're looking for someone who ✔ Is practical and solution-oriented ✔ Has experience with service, craftsmanship, or similar work ✔ Enjoys working independently ✔ Is careful and takes responsibility ✔ Has a B-class driver's license Experience in property maintenance, carpentry, plumbing, or similar is a plus, but broad practical skills are valued higher than specialization.
