What does the role involve? As a Property Manager, you are responsible for ensuring that the destination's buildings, facilities, and outdoor areas are well-maintained and functioning properly year-round. The work is both practical and planned – you perform ongoing maintenance, repairs, and improvements, lead seasonal maintenance staff, and ensure that everything runs smoothly in daily operations. You work closely with the Destination Manager and the property department, plan maintenance, monitor status, and contribute to long-term facility development. The role is independent, varied, and important to the whole – where your commitment is visible in both the comfort and overall experience for the guest. Your work includes, among other things: Responsibility for ongoing maintenance and upkeep of buildings, technical installations, playgrounds, and green spaces. Performing basic carpentry, repair, and service work as well as ensuring that machinery and tools are used and maintained correctly. Conducting rounds, inspections, and reporting, and initiating and following up on measures. Planning the week's work and leading seasonal maintenance staff with clarity and structure. Collaborating with the Property Department on projects and long-term planning. Contributing to safety, fire protection, and order at the destination. Acting with hospitality and service mindset in contact with guests and colleagues. Working proactively and contributing to improved routines, standards, and working methods. Working closely with the Destination Manager regarding improvements and maintenance work. Being able to support other departments as needed. Who are we looking for? We are looking for a responsible and practical person with a genuine interest in maintenance, quality, and service. You are comfortable working independently, planning your day, and taking responsibility for getting things done – always with a focus on safety, order, and well-being. To succeed in the role, we see that you have: Vocational training in property management, construction, technology, or equivalent experience. Experience with maintenance work, property management, or craftsmanship. Good planning ability and experience taking personal responsibility. Ability to lead and instruct seasonal staff. Basic IT skills and administrative organization. Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written. Driver's license (category B) and the ability to use the destination's vehicles in your work. An advantage would be experience from camping, hotels, or other service-oriented operations. Terms This position is a permanent employment at 50% that increases to 100% during the summer season and is covered by a collective agreement with an initial probationary period. Salary and conditions according to agreement. The work includes some weekend and evening work as well as shared on-call duties.
