About the role As a Property Maintenance Technician in Stockholm, you'll be responsible for the operation and maintenance of residential and commercial properties — from routine maintenance to quick problem-solving. You'll be a key link for safety, functionality, and well-being in the property through technical inspections, oversight, and coordination with contractors.
