Topbostäder is growing and we are now looking for more dedicated property managers for our property management team. With us, you will have an important role in meeting our tenants and in the work of creating well-maintained, safe and attractive residential areas. We are looking for someone who enjoys providing service, takes responsibility and treats people with respect and good customer care. Your main responsibilities As a property manager, you will work with both interior and exterior inspections, maintenance and remedial repairs. Your workdays will be varied and you will have the opportunity to work practically, independently and close to both colleagues and tenants. Examples of tasks that occur: • Ongoing inspections, maintenance and rounds • Snow removal, de-icing and sweeping • Addressing fault reports and minor repairs • Meter readings and other practical tasks in our residential areas What we offer At Topbostäder, you become part of a company with an important societal mission.
