Property Manager

We're looking for a driven professional who wants to develop property services together with us. You'll become part of our field service team. We're constantly working to develop and improve our service to our tenants and clients. Your work tasks are varied, including both exterior and interior maintenance, receiving and handling maintenance requests, as well as planning and performing minor repair work in the properties. You manage the ongoing maintenance of the properties you're responsible for and work proactively. You work independently as well as in a team with your colleagues to find solutions. The position involves continuous contact with tenants and contractors. We're looking for someone with previous experience as a property manager or who has otherwise acquired knowledge in the field. You have the ability to understand the customer's needs and find solutions to challenges that arise in the properties. You have a strong interest in property services and a desire to develop within your profession. The position is full-time. A driver's license is a requirement. In your professional role, you are driven by performing work with high quality, keeping the properties clean and neat, and maintaining a high level of service to tenants and property owners. You work efficiently and have a good ability to plan and prioritize your work.
