The role offers a broad and varied day-to-day experience where you're responsible for planning and executing your work. Your responsibilities In the role of Property Maintenance Technician, you'll have a broad and varied day where you work with both preventive maintenance and emergency repairs in our properties. You're responsible for ensuring that operations, functionality, and environment maintain a high standard and that everything runs smoothly for both colleagues and tenants. The work includes ongoing repairs, troubleshooting, improvement projects, where you often plan and prioritize your own tasks. Part of the work is also digital, such as handling maintenance requests and documentation. Your responsibilities include: Perform repairs, renovations, and basic carpentry work Handle maintenance requests and follow up on and address problems in the properties Conduct property inspections Manage waste, including sorting and handling hazardous waste Qualifications We're looking for someone with a practical technical background and experience working in property maintenance, upkeep, or similar areas. You're comfortable working with varying tasks and have a good understanding of how technical systems in properties function. You need to have good knowledge of both Swedish and English, as the work involves some documentation and contact with various departments. The role also requires that you're comfortable with digital tools, as parts of the work are handled through systems and mobile phones. A B driver's license is required, and since the work is physically demanding, you need to have good physical fitness.
