BRF Klevan is looking for a property caretaker at 25%. We're looking for someone who is handy, practical, and enjoys keeping things organized and ensuring everything works properly. The work is varied and involves ongoing maintenance, minor repairs, and upkeep of the association's properties and grounds. Job Responsibilities The job tasks vary depending on the season and needs and may include: Supervision and ongoing maintenance of properties and grounds Minor repairs and maintenance Management of heating, water, sewage, and lighting Care of green spaces and outdoor environments Snow removal and other seasonally-focused tasks Waste management and keeping the area clean and well-maintained Supervision and maintenance of cottages, inventory, and common areas Supervision of the association's boat and other assets Contact with tradespeople and contractors as needed Documentation of fault reports and completed work The work may also involve handling simple urgent issues and making an initial assessment of what needs to be addressed. We're Looking for Someone Who: Is handy and enjoys practical work Can work independently and take own initiative Is thorough and responsible Easily sees what needs to be done Enjoys both outdoor and indoor work Has experience with property maintenance, construction, gardening, or similar Most importantly, you are practical, reliable, and have a desire to solve problems as they arise. About the Position Scope: 25% Start date: September/October 2026 Working hours: Hours can vary depending on season and job tasks.
