Janse Entreprenad & Fastighetsskötsel is seeking a self-motivated and service-oriented property service technician/tradesperson. You will perform troubleshooting, repairs, and minor carpentry work at our customers' properties.
An important part of the job is conducting inspections, identifying issues, and addressing deficiencies before they develop into larger problems.

About the Position
As a property service technician/tradesperson, you will work on ongoing maintenance and troubleshooting at and around customer properties. Assignments vary in scope and can be both planned and urgent.
You need to independently assess what needs to be done, find an appropriate solution, and perform the work with good quality. In some situations, you address the issue directly. In other cases, you document and report what needs to be ordered or handled by another profession.
You have regular contact with customers, residents, suppliers, and colleagues. Therefore, it is important that you are professional, clear, and service-oriented in your interactions.
Examples of Work Tasks
· Perform troubleshooting at our customers' locations.
· Carry out repairs and minor carpentry work.
· Install, adjust, and replace simple building components and fixtures.
· Perform ongoing maintenance in and around properties.
· Conduct planned inspections.
· Check properties, premises, and outdoor areas.
· Identify wear, damage, safety risks, and other issues.
· Address deficiencies within your area of expertise.
· Document and report issues that need further handling.
· Assess material needs and prepare work.
· Contact customers and report completed work.
· Assist with other parts of the business as needed.

· Have broad practical and trade skills.
· Have experience with repairs, maintenance, carpentry, or property service.
· Are self-motivated and can plan and carry out your work tasks.
· Have a good eye for issues and notice things that don't work as they should.
· Can assess which deficiencies you can address yourself and when other expertise is needed.
· Are solution-oriented and enjoy finding practical solutions.
· Work carefully and leave work areas clean and organized.
· Are cost-conscious and use time and materials responsibly.
· Are flexible and can adapt to changing workdays.
· Are service-oriented and treat customers, residents, and colleagues professionally.
· Can document and report completed work.
· Can speak Swedish and hold a B driver's license.
Additional qualifications: Experience in property management, building services, or working in customers' homes and premises is a plus. Relevant training and certifications are also valued.
