Your Role
Your responsibilities will include:
Routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs
Maintenance responsibility and supervision of properties
Maintenance and monitoring of technical installations and alarm systems
Meter readings, monthly testing, and energy monitoring
Participation in regulatory requirements and inspections
Facility service and tenant communication
Coordination with contractors and participation in smaller projects

You need property management technical education or equivalent qualifications. You have at least one year of experience as a property maintenance technician or other work experience that we consider equivalent.
Multiple years of work experience in the property sector, knowledge of electrical, plumbing, ventilation, control and automation technology, refrigeration, or property management systems are advantages. You must have good computer skills, be fluent in Swedish (spoken and written), and have a B-category driver's license for manual transmission vehicles.
If you're offered employment, you'll need to order and provide an extract from the police criminal record register.

Kristianstad Municipality applies individual and differentiated salary setting.
Start Date
This position is a temporary assignment starting by agreement with a duration of approximately 12 months.
Salary Form: Monthly salary.
Employment Type: Fixed-term employment.
Duration: 6 months or longer.
