About the Role As an agent with us, you'll play a central role in matching buyers with their perfect home on the island. You'll work in a dynamic environment where you have the opportunity to develop both personally and professionally. Your main areas of responsibility: Build and nurture long-term client relationships Conduct needs assessments and create customized solutions Present and show properties to potential buyers Support clients through the entire purchase process, from first contact to closing Work actively with marketing and identify new business opportunities With our resources and tools backing you up, you can focus on what you do best – selling and delivering high customer satisfaction! About You We're looking for someone who enjoys client interaction and has a natural ability to build trust. You have sales experience and a strong drive to work toward set goals.
