DC Talents is now helping NTM find a driven Property Coordinator for a one-year consulting assignment. The role is full-time and based at NTM's fine facilities in Norrköping. You will be employed as a consultant with us at DC Talents and leased to NTM for the entire assignment period. The assignment start date is according to agreement. ABOUT THE ROLE As a Property Coordinator, you will be an administrative hub in property management and will have a broad and varied role with many contact points. You are responsible for ensuring that property-related administration functions efficiently, correctly, and in a structured manner, while ensuring that information, agreements, and system data are updated and accessible. You work closely with tenants, contractors, technical management, finance, and commercial property management. The role involves keeping track of matters and follow-ups, coordinating activities related to property operations, and contributing to good structure in both administrative and financial processes. Main responsibilities Administer lease agreements, tenants, and lease-related documentation. Responsible for record management, system data, and documentation in property and case management systems. Handle and follow up on fault reports and other matters related to tenants. Coordinate contractors, inspections, service activities, and other operational activities. Handle invoices, orders, and billing documentation and contribute to financial follow-up. Prepare reports and documentation and contribute to improving routines, systems, and work methods. This is a role for you if you enjoy combining administration, coordination, systems, and finance and want to be an important part of a well-functioning property operation. You will also have the opportunity to identify improvements in work methods and systems and contribute to increased efficiency and customer satisfaction. YOUR PROFILE We are looking for someone with experience in property administration, lease administration, FM administration, or a similar administrative role. You have good system experience and have worked in property systems, case management systems, or other administrative systems. You are accustomed to handling registers, agreements, billing documentation, and financial administration and have a basic understanding of property finance, rental flows, and invoice handling. You find it easy to create order and manage multiple parallel tasks, while being solution-oriented and taking responsibility for tasks being completed and followed up. Since the role involves many contact points, you are communicative and confident in dialogue with tenants, suppliers, contractors, and internal colleagues. You have a good ability to see improvement opportunities and appreciate developing routines, work methods, and administrative processes. Relevant education in property, finance, or administration is meritorius, as is experience driving smaller improvement initiatives or projects. Knowledge of rental law is also meritorius.
