Job Responsibilities
As a property manager in the Real Estate Department, you will represent the Swedish Transport Administration as owner of the Transport Administration's built-up properties, including office buildings, station buildings, and state historical monuments. Together with the Transport Administration's procurement team, you will procure and implement construction contracts through our framework agreements. Continuously creating new and maintaining existing customer relationships with municipalities, property owners, railway operators, and others is a natural part of your responsibilities. The role also involves several administrative tasks. You have budget and profit responsibility for your properties and work strategically and sustainably with facility management.
Examples of work tasks:
Leasing of premises and tenant adaptations
Monitoring of operations contracts
Planning and ordering of building maintenance, which also includes project coordination in collaboration with project managers and contractors
Budget work and forecast adjustments
Internal investigations and development assignments

We Are Looking For Someone Who
has several years of current experience as a property manager
has experience driving or coordinating renovation and/or maintenance projects
has technical property knowledge
has experience working with AFF
has university, college, or vocational education of at least 2 years in property management, or other education that we, together with substantial experience, consider equivalent
is a proficient user of the Microsoft Office suite
has very good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing
has a valid driver's license for a passenger car
It Is Advantageous If You
have experience managing leased premises
have competence in ABT06/AB04 and ABK09 in the contracting phase
have experience with and/or theoretical knowledge in rental law and/or rental negotiations
have experience with budget and forecast monitoring
Other Information
There is a distribution of the property portfolio, which means that some travel is included in the position. Do you wish to work partially remotely? In this position, if you wish, you have the opportunity to discuss working from home or from another Swedish Transport Administration office a couple of days a week.
Possible work locations for the position are Gävle or Stockholm (Solna).
