Assignment Description In your role as a property manager, you will have overall business and functional responsibility for specific infrastructure facilities, depots, and terminals. Your focus is on ensuring the long-term status of assets through strategic requirements management, financial monitoring, and active development of existing contractor and supplier agreements. Your main responsibilities: Manage assets connected to depots and terminals (such as land, ramps, fencing, and technical installations) and handle associated lease agreements. Monitor agreed-upon service requirements and key performance indicators with procured maintenance providers and traffic operators, and drive continuous improvements. Be responsible for your allocated budget, results, and operational planning within your management area. Initiate technology and property-related investments by developing project orders, implementation decisions, and investment calculations, as well as order and participate in operational projects. Act as owner's representative toward external and internal stakeholders, lead business meetings, and contribute to a professional and collaborative work environment. Participate in future procurement of maintenance contracts. Mandatory Requirements Completed upper secondary education. At least 5 years of documented experience managing, monitoring, and developing business or contractor agreements. At least 5 years of experience performing complex analyses related to contract management and placing them in a broader business context. Desirable Requirements Relevant post-secondary degree from vocational college, university, or college with focus on construction, infrastructure, or property management. At least 5 years of experience with direct financial and results responsibility in a client organization (preferably public sector) or with a major supplier. At least 5 years of experience with operational work in a supplier organization.
