Our close collaboration with group companies, particularly Bilbolaget Nord and Wist Last & Buss, creates an exciting and unique environment for our property management. Our property operations are growing and developing—that's why we're now seeking an additional dedicated property manager in Östersund to join our team and contribute to the continued development of our property portfolio.
As a property manager at Persson Invest, you will have a central and coordinating role with full responsibility for a defined property portfolio. Your responsibilities include budget and results management, as well as planning, procurement, and execution of operations, tenant improvements, and maintenance projects in collaboration with operations technicians and other colleagues.
Through close and ongoing dialogue with tenants and other partners, you will build and develop long-term relationships. The role also includes renegotiating existing lease agreements, new leasing, and responsibility for planning and implementing energy-saving measures in the properties with support from other colleagues. With a business-minded and customer-focused approach, you will help strengthen customer relationships while maintaining and developing the value of the group's properties.
We are looking for you if you:
Have education relevant to the position, for example in property management or a related field. Alternatively, you have at least five years of relevant work experience.
Bonus qualifications include experience managing commercial properties, larger management projects, or new construction projects.
Valid driver's license (category B)
Strong Swedish language skills, both spoken and written, are required
