Job Description
Do you want a key role in ensuring that business, customer, and development work together to create long-term sustainable and value-generating campus environments? We are now seeking a property manager for one of our campus areas in Lund, where you will have a central role in developing facilities for education, research, and development.
As a property manager with us, you have combined business and delivery responsibility for your area. You ensure that business, operations, and development are aligned and drive the business with a focus on results, customers, and long-term value. An important part of the role is to build long-term relationships with our customers and have a central role in the dialogue about the campus's development, priorities, and future opportunities. In the role, you work in close partnership with the Technical Manager, where together you prioritize, implement, and follow up on the business and delivery in the area. You have significant authority to make decisions in daily operations and create coordinated and efficient delivery with a focus on quality, results, and development.
With us, you will have a responsible assignment with many contact points where you work closely with both tenants and colleagues in Technical & Service, Projects, and other parts of the organization. In Lund, you work in an environment where the university is a central player and where the property portfolio consists of both educational facilities and advanced research environments with high demands on function and operations.
The position is based at our office in Lund and reports to the Property Manager for the area.
As a person, you are business-minded, structured, and self-driven. You are proactive in making things happen, while also having good collaboration skills and clear customer focus. The role involves many contact points, which requires you to be attentive, relationship-building, and have strong communication skills. You create engagement, build trust, and get people to work toward common goals, with the ability to prioritize, make decisions, and manage complex matters.
Does this sound like an opportunity for you? We look forward to receiving your application! Selection and feedback will begin from week 34 onwards. However, do not delay your application as the position may be filled before the application deadline of September 13.
