Property Manager Lund, Hybrid

On behalf of our client, we are now seeking an experienced property manager for a consulting assignment in Lund. The assignment is full-time and is expected to start 26-09-01 and run through 27-01-31. About the Assignment In your role as property manager, you will have overall responsibility for the properties within your management area. You will work in close collaboration with other property roles within the organization and have a central role in contact with operations and tenants. The assignment has a strong focus on customer relationships, where you serve as the primary point of contact for property-related matters. The property portfolio includes facilities for, among other things, childcare and school operations, education, culture and recreation, and healthcare and social services. You will also have contact with external tenants and other property owners. Your tasks include: Manage finances, budgets, and forecasts for your property portfolio. Maintain ongoing contact with tenants and operations, and plan and conduct customer meetings and site visits. Plan and follow up on maintenance and ensure that maintenance plans are current. Ensure that regulatory requirements and safety regulations for the properties are complied with. Handle operational adaptations and smaller projects within the property portfolio. Work with procurement and property-related contract matters. Contribute to emergency preparedness work and ongoing development of properties within your area of responsibility. Other Details: Start: 26-09-01 End: 27-01-31, with the possibility of extension for 3 months. Scope: 100% Location: Lund, with the possibility of up to 40% remote work. About You We are looking for someone who meets the following mandatory requirements: Relevant university or college degree such as real estate management, surveying, or equivalent education that the employer deems relevant. Good knowledge of property management and several years of experience in premises management and work with property-related matters. Experience with financial work within property management, including budget and forecasting work. Experience with relationship-building work involving extensive customer contact. Knowledge and experience with procurement according to LOU (Public Procurement Act) and lease law. Knowledge of regulatory requirements and safety regulations for properties. You have excellent command of Swedish in speech and writing. B-class driver's license. You have good communication skills and can professionally handle many different contact points and issues in parallel.
