About Us During the year, the municipality has undergone a reorganization and this role is new. The unit for technology and services, part of the Sector for community development, is responsible for the operation, maintenance and development of the municipality's streets, parks, natural areas, public spaces, sports and outdoor facilities and more. This also includes certain properties, premises supply planning, service porter service, vehicle responsibility, traffic issues and project management of municipal construction projects. Job Responsibilities Overall responsibility for buildings and facilities, including digital lock and alarm systems. Responsibility for planning, budgeting, ordering and carrying out ongoing and planned maintenance within the scope of the approved budget. Responsibility for contract monitoring of our suppliers and responsibility for self-control and finances. Responsibility for the municipality's vehicle management at the operational and strategic level. Role in preparedness work and in crisis management organization related to fire protection and security work. You write investigations and prepare presentations for the management group and political bodies. You have daily contact with residents, activities and entrepreneurs, and work closely with colleagues to identify development needs and sometimes lead projects. Orsa's municipal housing and premises company is an important collaboration partner. Qualifications Post-secondary education in construction or real estate, or other education or experience that the employer deems equivalent. Experience with and good knowledge of property operation and maintenance. Experience in contract monitoring and supplier contacts within construction, operation and facilities. Experience in project management within construction and maintenance projects. Very good knowledge of the Swedish language in speech and writing. Very good computer skills, especially in administrative IT systems. Class B driver's license. Meriting: Experience from public sector activities. Experience with public procurement.
