We are looking for an experienced real estate economist for a consulting assignment with a client in the real estate industry. Here you will get a broad and operationally close role with responsibility for qualified financial work, analysis and financial monitoring. You will be an important part of the business and work closely with both clients and colleagues. As a real estate economist you will work with, among other things: Budget work, forecasts and financial statements Financial monitoring and analysis Investment calculations and liquidity planning Advice on financial matters Presentation of financial documentation and reports Development of routines and processes in the finance area Ongoing dialogue with clients and other stakeholders About you You have experience with similar tasks and are therefore self-reliant. You work in a structured manner, can be both operational and strategic, and have the ability to build trust and collaborate with others. Other information The assignment starts in August and is expected to run until the end of the year. The scope is 100%. The work takes place mainly on-site in northern Sweden with the possibility of some remote work. This is a consulting assignment. You can choose to be employed by us or invoice through your own company.
