Property Manager for an expanding company in Helsingborg About the Assignment We are looking for an experienced and action-oriented property manager for a full-time consulting assignment with an expanding company in the Helsingborg area. The company has recently moved into a new, purpose-built facility that includes a manufacturing plant, offices, and an event and innovation center. As property manager, you will become the company's primary point of contact on matters related to the property, workplace, and associated technical installations. You will function as a knowledgeable client representative and a clear counterpart to the property owner, external service providers, and internal operations. The assignment is broad and suits you if you thrive in a role where you can work both operatively and strategically, combining technical and contractual matters with practical problem-solving. The need is initially for a consulting assignment, with the possibility of a more long-term solution. Primary Responsibilities In this role, you will, among other things: Serve as the company's main contact with the property owner. Handle incoming property and service requests. Interpret and follow up on lease agreements and demarcation lists. Coordinate fault reports, service interventions, and external service providers. Monitor service agreements for technical installations and similar matters. Coordinate matters related to fire safety, alarms, security, and regulatory requirements. Monitor warranties, inspections, and outstanding issues related to the newly built property. Drive and coordinate minor renovations, operational adjustments, and investment projects. Ensure a safe, secure, and well-functioning work environment for employees and visitors. Your Profile We are looking for someone with relevant experience from the property industry, preferably in a role as property manager, property specialist, property administrator, facility manager, or similar. You have a good understanding of property management and are accustomed to coordinating service providers, service agreements, and ongoing property matters. You ideally have experience in technical management or operations and are comfortable in the client role when dealing with property owners and external service providers. You can interpret lease agreements, responsibility allocations, and demarcation lists and have an understanding of fire safety, security, inspections, and regulatory requirements. We would appreciate if you also have experience with investments, renovations, or operational adjustments and have a good grasp of financial matters. You communicate fluently in Swedish, both verbally and in writing. Experience with industrial, manufacturing, or office properties is a plus. You have the ability to switch between long-term property matters and smaller, practical issues that need quick resolution. As a person, you are unpretentious, driven, and action-oriented. You communicate clearly and inspire confidence with both internal contacts and property owners, service providers, and other external parties. Furthermore, you work in a structured manner, create clarity in responsibility allocation, and ensure that matters are followed up and completed. The role involves no formal personnel responsibility.
