We are now seeking a personal assistant for a full-time position with an active and positive female customer in Trollhättan. We are flexible regarding the scope of the position and can adapt the employment level to the right person. The position consists mainly of day shifts according to a fixed schedule, but night shifts (awake nights) may occur. The customer is an active woman who enjoys doing various activities in her free time. A recurring part of everyday life is visits to the swimming pool several times a week, which means that swimming ability is a requirement for the position. We are looking for someone who is responsible, engaged and has a high work ethic. You are positive, flexible and enjoy working closely with both the customer and your colleagues. During daytime you always work together with a colleague, which means that good teamwork and a professional approach are very important. We believe you are a person who can stay calm in different situations, is solution-oriented and can easily adapt to the customer's needs and wishes. The customer has extensive care needs and you will work with personal care, hygiene, transfers and other services that are part of the customer's daily life. The work also involves participating in activities and helping the customer to live an active and meaningful life. As a personal assistant, you are the customer's support in everyday life and help her with what she cannot do herself. We would like you to have experience working as a personal assistant, but great emphasis is placed on personal suitability. Experience or knowledge of brain injuries and epilepsy is a merit. To manage the work you need to be in good physical condition as transfers and wheelchair handling occur. You also need to be fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written. For the customer's health, it is important that you do not smoke during working hours. The work shifts are currently scheduled between 07:30–19:00, 08:30–20:10 and 20:00–07:35 for awake nights. The position is mainly focused on daytime work, but some night shifts may occur.
