Are you looking for meaningful work where you make a difference every day? We are now seeking a personal assistant for a full-time position with an active and positive female client in Trollhättan.
We are flexible regarding the scope of the position and can adapt the employment rate to the right person. The position consists mainly of day shifts according to a fixed schedule, but night shifts (awake nights) may occur.
The client is an active woman who enjoys various activities in her free time. A recurring part of her daily routine is visits to the swimming pool several times a week, which means swimming ability is a requirement for the position.
We are looking for someone who is responsible, engaged, and has a high work ethic. You are positive, flexible, and enjoy working closely with both the client and your colleagues. During the day, you always work together with a colleague, which means good teamwork and a professional approach are very important. We believe you are a person who can stay calm in different situations, is solution-oriented, and easily adapts to the client's needs and wishes.
The client has extensive care needs, and you will work with personal care, hygiene, transfers, and other activities that are part of the client's daily life. The work also involves participating in activities and helping the client live an active and meaningful life. As a personal assistant, you are the client's support in daily life and help her with what she cannot do herself.
We would appreciate it if you have experience working as a personal assistant, but great emphasis is placed on personal suitability. Experience or knowledge of brain injuries and epilepsy is a merit. To manage the work, you need to be in good physical condition as transfers and wheelchair handling occur. You also need to be fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written.
For the client's health, it is important that you do not smoke during working hours.
The work shifts are currently scheduled between 07:30–19:00, 08:30–20:10, and 20:00–07:35 for awake nights. The position is primarily focused on daytime work, but some night shifts may occur.
We are looking for someone who wants to create security, participation, and quality of life in another person's daily life. If you are the right person for this assignment, there are good opportunities to adapt the scope of the position to your wishes and the operation's needs. We look forward to your application.
