Fast-Paced Inner City Woman Seeking Personal Assistant

I am a 48-year-old woman living in central Stockholm. Life around me is always bustling and I'm rarely still, even though I use a manual wheelchair, which you as my assistant will help me operate. It's therefore important that you're comfortable with a fast pace, even though I of course also enjoy taking it slow sometimes. Those close to me often describe me as loving, caring, and a positive woman who loves to have fun and spread joy. I can communicate verbally myself and have many interests, including spending time with family and friends. I have significant vision impairment, but I am not blind. Due to my reduced vision, I have difficulty navigating on my own, so it's important that you can use GPS to get us to our destination. I encourage you to see solutions rather than obstacles when situations require it. I hope that as my assistant, you will follow my instructions and thus help me in my daily life. This could include helping me with some administrative work. I'm looking for you—a woman (approximately 20–45 years old) who is energetic and action-oriented, just like me. You need to be fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written. It's a plus if you have basic computer skills. Due to the nature of this work, only female applicants are considered for this position. This is a part-time role that suits you if you're studying or have other commitments. You can largely influence your own schedule. We'll create the schedule together so it works well for both me as an assistance user and for you as an assistant. No previous experience in assistance work is required because this role is primarily service-oriented—I don't need medical help or other types of care. You must be willing to learn, for example, how to operate a wheelchair in local transit, as this is very important in my daily life. It's important to me that you learn how I function in different situations so you can provide me with the support I need. Personal chemistry is A and O for our collaboration to work well. You don't need to be a bodybuilder, but I'd like to see that you're stress-resistant and willing to step up if a situation requires it. Being attentive and able to take instructions is very important. As an assistant, you simply accompany me in my active everyday life, whatever I get into. I travel both within and outside of Sweden sometimes, but this is planned in advance. I'm also looking for someone who can work during the summer. I have 24/7 assistance with on-call overnight duty. Start date by agreement. Only fully vaccinated individuals (at least two doses) are considered for interview.
