Job Description You will work with patient-centered pharmaceutical services within Healthcare Pharmacy. You'll spend your time in various departments and shape your work based on the clinic's needs, providing pharmaceutical expertise on different issues. Our ultimate goal is for pharmacists to work as an integrated part of the teams on the care units we staff. The aim is to increase patient safety by contributing pharmaceutical expertise and giving nurses more opportunity to be present for patients. We collaborate across the entire Medicines Center and work closely between units. This may mean you also work on other tasks, such as administrative tasks related to the region's medicines work. We're now looking for colleagues who have a genuine interest in helping healthcare staff and delivering pharmaceutical services with high quality. Work Group The Medicines Center has undergone numerous changes over several years and increased many times in scope and mission. The Medicines Center comprises three units: clinical pharmacology, healthcare pharmacy, and hospital pharmacy, with staff at all three hospitals in the region. An important part of continued development is the planned establishment of a hospital medicines warehouse in-house within the Medicines Center. Research and education at both basic and advanced levels are conducted at the Medicines Center, in line with university healthcare's mission. About You You are a licensed pharmacist or pharmacy technician. You have either worked for a few years or are newly graduated. Introduction and training will be tailored to your educational and professional background. Fluent Swedish, C1 or C2, is a requirement. Your work is characterized by thoroughness and quality awareness. You are structured and can prioritize your work efficiently and carefully. You can see the bigger picture, adapt easily to changed circumstances, and are solution-oriented. In relationships with others, you are attentive and accommodating, and responsive to healthcare's and other operations' needs. You have good teamwork ability and can work in a team without fuss while also working independently without difficulty. You're expected to be engaged, take initiative, and contribute to developing the operation together with other colleagues. We will place great emphasis on personal qualities during recruitment.
