The pharmacy unit currently has approximately 35 employees, and the majority of us are pharmacists. The pharmacy unit's overall mission is to promote rational, safe, and cost-effective medication use and optimal medication management throughout the healthcare chain. Our work tasks include clinical pharmacy, pharmacy committee work, patient safety work, and practical hospital pharmacy services, such as medication supply, production of inpatient doses, ward pharmacy, and cytostatic drug preparation. WORK TASKS Your work tasks will primarily be within medication supply. Based on healthcare needs as well as your competence and experience, we will adapt your work tasks in dialogue with you. As a pharmacist in medication supply, you can work with, among other things: • medication supply • production of inpatient doses • cytostatic drug preparation. You have good collaboration skills and can work in a team in an unpretentious way while also being able to perform the work independently without difficulty. You are expected to be engaged, service-oriented, and together with other employees contribute to developing the business. We place great emphasis on personal qualities in the recruitment process. In your role as a pharmacist, you should: • be a licensed pharmacy technician or pharmacist • have a good ability to express yourself orally and in writing. It is meritorious if you have preparation authorization as well as if you have experience working at a hospital pharmacy.
