Since E-commerce is under strong development, there are constantly opportunities to be involved and take initiative in developing the business and the team - something we welcome and encourage! Our E-commerce continues to grow and now you have the opportunity to grow with us at our large new production site! In January 2023, we moved into a brand new facility with the latest technology for our operations. Here you will be part of a great team of about 27 pharmacists working to achieve our goals together with warehouse staff, team leaders, group managers, warehouse manager, and pharmacy manager. To support you, there is a strong regional and service organization as well as colleagues across the country. We value our employees and their work environment highly and we are constantly working on improvements together. Daily work is centered around prescription fulfillment in our private customer business (B2C) where you work closely with your colleagues and other departments of production, such as receiving, shipping, and inventory management. In addition, there are opportunities to develop into other parts of the pharmaceutical organization with us, such as administrative pharmacist, B2B pharmacist, team leader, or within the LMA team. It is not far to decision-making bodies and therefore it is easy to influence and help develop the business for the better. Examples of work tasks You are responsible for dispensing the right medication at the right time to each customer and for offering our customers professional medication advice You help your customers achieve good medication use and health You collaborate with all your colleagues to ensure the pharmacy achieves 100% satisfied customers You actively participate in reporting and monitoring productivity and other goals You contribute to good cooperation regarding process and efficiency together with warehouse staff, team leaders, and functional managers. We are looking for you who are a licensed pharmacist or apothecary. Either you are at the beginning of your career or you have longer experience and want to share and inspire with your knowledge to your new Kronans colleagues.
