About the pharmacist role at Hjärtat As a pharmacist at E-apoteket, you won't wear a white coat, won't have traditional customer meetings, and you'll have the opportunity to focus extra on pharmacy work. Our pharmacists work with processing and completing e-commerce orders in a unique pharmacy environment with full focus on pharmaceutical expertise. In our custom-designed IT system, orders are managed from order placement through pharmaceutical completion to picking and packing. In our case management, we handle orders where an incoming item needs further investigation. Our customer interactions happen via phone and email, unlike a traditional physical pharmacy. At our e-pharmacy, customers can order prescription medications delivered to their homes as well as purchase over-the-counter medications and merchandise from our full range. Are you a licensed pharmacist who wants to be part of a unique pharmacy operation? Here's what a typical day looks like for a pharmacist at e-apoteket! As a pharmacist at e-apoteket, there are three stations that all team members rotate through. The first is called regulatory and pharmacological review, where we pick up customer orders after they've been placed on the website and we look at the customer's complete medication list. Here we check things like dosages and drug interactions. Technical review is performed by e-pharmacists where we do pick verification, check the medication's shelf life in relation to usage time, apply dosage labels to packages, and forward the order to packing. There the order is packed in final packaging for the customer. For orders where some type of problem arises, there's a station we call manual handling. There the e-pharmacists investigate the order and help the customer with substitutions if an item is out of stock, for example. The e-pharmacists also contact prescribers if anything needs to be clarified regarding the customer's dosage. Since we don't have the customer physically in front of us, there's often a bit of extra time to focus on the pharmaceutical aspects in all parts of the process. Who are we who work at e-apoteket? The pharmacy department consists of about forty pharmacists and pharmacy technicians. We're a tight-knit group where everyone has different backgrounds in pharmacy, which means we have an incredible amount to learn from each other. Since we don't have traditional customer meetings, we also get to sit down together every day and have lunch or grab a coffee. We look forward to welcoming you to our team! At Hjärtat's e-apoteket, of course, there are also warehouse employees, team leaders, and team managers. Together they ensure that warehouse logistics run smoothly and that our customers are really satisfied with their deliveries from us. Our large group of warehouse employees makes sure to pick and pack all orders so that all Hjärtat customers get their orders lightning fast! Opening hours: The e-apoteket is open Monday-Sunday 06-23 and we work varied shifts with great opportunities for evening and weekend work. This is you!
