About the Position We are seeking a licensed pharmacist with extemporaneous preparation authorization for a cross-functional role in: Licensed medicines and drug shortage management Requisition handling within our community pharmacy Extemporaneous manufacturing of individualized and 3D-printed medications You will work across multiple operational areas and switch between tasks based on current needs. Responsibilities and Tasks Licensed Medicines and Drug Shortage Management Handling inquiries and orders for licensed medicines Procurement and import of licensed medicines Contact with pharmacies, prescribers, healthcare providers, and foreign suppliers Assessment of availability, lead times, and alternative solutions Management of documentation and questions regarding quality and delivery Identification and procurement of medicines during supply shortages and crisis situations Community Pharmacy and Requisitions Handling, pharmaceutical review, and dispensing of requisitions Contact with healthcare providers and other authorized purchasers Verification of orders, documentation, and delivery records Ensuring that handling complies with applicable regulations and procedures Extemporaneous and 3D-Printed Medications Extemporaneous manufacturing of individualized and 3D-printed medications Preparation, manufacturing, process controls, and documentation Pharmaceutical assessments and quality assurance Handling and control of raw materials, packaging materials, and manufacturing documentation Participation in development of new formulations, strengths, and manufacturing processes Ensuring that manufacturing complies with applicable requirements and procedures Other pharmaceutical and administrative tasks may occur. Employment Terms Full-time employment, 40 hours per week. Fixed working hours 08:00–17:00. The position is located at AtrimusRx in Sollentuna. Remote work is not an option as the role involves work in our pharmacy and manufacturing operations. Salary range: 38,000–45,000 kronor per month. Qualifications For this position, you must: Be a licensed pharmacist Have extemporaneous preparation authorization Have at least one year of relevant work experience from a pharmacy, extemporaneous preparation facility, or pharmaceutical industry Be fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written Be able to work on-site in Sollentuna during the specified working hours It is particularly meritorious if you have: Practical experience in extemporaneous preparation Experience as a responsible pharmacist (LMA) Experience with requisition handling Experience with licensed medicines and drug shortage management Personal Qualities You are thorough, responsible, and well-organized.
