We are looking for you, a social worker or psychologist, who wants to work in a safe and professional team with in-depth family assessment and family therapy.
Nanolfsvillan is an assessment and treatment home for pregnant women and families with children located in central Finspång. We work with complex family systems where issues may involve attachment, trauma, care deficiencies, functional impairments, neuropsychiatric difficulties, mental health problems, intimate partner violence, and substance abuse backgrounds.
Work at Nanolfsvillan takes place in close collaboration with families and colleagues through a relationship-building approach. This approach creates respect between staff and families, a deeper understanding of the family's possibilities and difficulties, and direct and open communication about the child's needs. We are a stable staff group with extensive experience, which ensures legally sound assessments and a safe work environment.
Those of us who work with families at Nanolfsvillan have higher education and are social workers, behavioral scientists, social pedagogues, and treatment educators. We have access to nurses, psychologists, psychotherapists, and psychiatrists.
In assessment work, we base our approach on the social services mandate/questions and BBIC. The process is built on spontaneous and structured observations of the family system and in-depth conversations about the observations and social services questions. Assessments often include work with network mapping, life timeline, and child interviews, and psychological assessment may be included. Treatment work is guided by the social services mandate and shaped according to each family's needs with safety and participation as the foundation, using various treatment methods.
If you are interested in working with us at Nanolfsvillan, we see that you are a person with inner confidence and stability. We value if you are clear, respectful, attentive, and flexible. It is important that you have the ability to take a relationship-building approach. You are unpretentious and have the ability to work in a team in close and open collaboration with colleagues. The work requires that you have good ability to express yourself in speech and writing as well as meet set deadlines.
We prefer that you have a degree in social work or psychology. It is an asset if you have training in trauma, attachment, Signs of Safety, child interviews, psychotherapy, intimate partner violence, or BBIC, as well as experience with assessments within social services and/or work with family therapy.
Work at Nanolfsvillan is conducted via a schedule that includes daytime, evening, night, and weekend shifts (every fourth).
