Järva is one of four pilot districts that are first in the transformation of social services in connection with the new Social Services Act. Your role As a family law secretary, you work to support children and parents in family law matters based on the Parenthood Code and the Social Services Act – always with the best interests of the child in focus. Your tasks include: advice within family law voluntary cooperation meetings at the initiative of parents or on assignment from the district court handling of paternity, agreements, passport and name matters investigations regarding custody, residence, and visitation on assignment from the district court implementation of visitation with visitation support comprehensive investigations prior to adoption and follow-up reports conduct parenting classes and children's groups collaboration/cooperation with other parts of social services Your competence and experience We are looking for someone who has: a degree in social work good ability to express yourself well in Swedish, both spoken and written It is meritorious if you have: experience in family law work experience with government authority work, preferably with children and youth experience with investigation work, preferably with children and youth further education in family law, such as "Whole Child," "Separate Worlds," "Children in Parents' Focus" As a person, you are responsible and well-organized in your work. You are attentive, professional, and flexible and collaborate well with others. You are calm and stable in pressured situations and relationship-building in meetings with others. Last but not least, you are curious and engaged, both in meetings with the children and parents you meet and in contributing to development within your field of work. Other information For work with children and youth in Stockholm city, it is required that you can provide an extract from the criminal record. The extract will be requested before employment.
