Description We are looking for a dedicated Family Foster Care Secretary to join our recruitment group at Family Foster Care Operations Hisingen, as one of our colleagues is moving to another group within the unit. Are you a trained social worker with experience in social investigation work and curious about foster care? This could be the opportunity you've been waiting for! Family Foster Care Operations Hisingen consists of two units, where the recruitment group with six family foster care secretaries is part of foster care unit 1, together with the emergency response group and contact and support services. We have close collaboration with both the unit manager and senior social secretary who have extensive knowledge and experience in foster care. Job Responsibilities Together with your colleagues, you will recruit, match, and assess foster families in accordance with current guidelines and legislation. You will assess the foster family together with a colleague, which requires a strong ability to analyze strengths and challenges within the families we meet. Working in the recruitment group is rewarding and varied work that offers excellent opportunities for development and participation. We are one of four social service offices. We work purposefully to create a better everyday life for residents on Hisingen.
