About the role As a family home consultant, you're a central part of a close and committed team. You're responsible for a number of family homes and serve as their most important professional support in daily operations, from recruitment and matching to ongoing supervision and follow-up. The work requires that you're comfortable building long-term relationships, making independent decisions, and managing multiple processes in parallel. You will, among other things: Supervise and support family homes in their mission, even in complex situations Conduct home visits and follow up on ongoing placements Collaborate with social services, schools, and other actors involved with the child Document and report to clients Recruit, investigate, and match emergency and family homes Participate in on-call duty according to a rotating schedule We're looking for you You have a degree in social work or equivalent higher education degree within social work, preferably with experience in social work with children and young people. You're a confident and solution-oriented person who navigates securely in complex relationships between family homes, children, biological networks, and social services. You're comfortable working independently but value close teamwork and enjoy sharing your knowledge with colleagues.
