Hemnovia is now hiring dedicated family therapists on an hourly basis for our open care services in Gothenburg and surrounding areas! About the Role We're looking for experienced and dedicated family therapists for intensive treatment work in home settings. The position involves working 2-4 times per week, primarily evenings/afternoons with some flexibility. The role includes working with both the child and family, focusing on strengthening family dynamics, parenting skills, and providing support and guidance to the child. The work includes counseling support, family interventions, and guidance to guardians. The position also involves planning and coordination prior to scheduled meetings with your direct supervisor, the family, and the commissioner. After each meeting, you are responsible for compiling written and verbal reports to your direct supervisor and commissioner. You will also participate in planning meetings with your direct supervisor and commissioner. To succeed as a family therapist, you need to be confident, flexible, attentive, and organized. What We're Looking For Relevant higher education, such as a degree in social work or equivalent. Documented experience in family therapy or similar interventions. Confident in your professional role, independent, and skilled at building trustful relationships. A professional and solution-focused approach to your work.
