Popis:

2 position(s). Here you, who are skilled at building relationships, will work with families to create positive changes in their lives. Your responsibilities You will work with children up to 18 years old and their families, with a focus on creating a sustainable daily life for the entire family based on the child's diagnoses and needs. This may also involve strengthening parental capacity and addressing neglect and integration, establishing structure and clear routines, and creating understanding for the child's special needs. Your work is based on a holistic view of the child and their family, and you will collaborate with schools, LSS services, and other healthcare providers such as habilitation and BUP. The work is performed on assignment from social workers with whom you continue to collaborate and follow up on the intervention. You will meet families who have sought help themselves or become known to social services through reports of concern. In one of the positions, you will also work with supervised visitation support, approximately 25%, which means you will conduct supervised visits on assignment from the Family Court based on court orders from the District Court. Visits take place in our facilities and are based on the child's needs with the aim of creating safe and secure contact with parents. You will plan your days to a large extent within given frameworks. Work primarily takes place during daytime hours, but as interventions are based on families' needs, some work shifts may be scheduled for early mornings or later evenings. For the position that also includes supervised visitation support, work may extend until 6:00 PM two days per week. Your qualifications We are looking for someone with an academic degree as a social worker or behavioral scientist, or another university degree deemed appropriate combined with relevant experience. You have experience working with children, youth, adults, parents, and/or families in social services, and have good knowledge of the Social Services Act and other applicable laws in this field, confidentiality regulations, case handling, and documentation practices. It is a requirement that you have previous experience working with psychosocial issues and/or functional disabilities. We value a strong interest in family counseling and the ability to make independent assessments of children's and young people's needs and create effective treatment plans. Treatment-oriented training and language skills beyond Swedish and English are meriting qualifications for the position. On a personal level, we are looking for someone who is professional in your approach, self-directed and structured in your work methods. You should be resilient and able to work effectively even during setbacks. Flexibility and adaptability are important, as are clear communication and good collaboration skills. We also appreciate cultural awareness and the ability to value and handle differences. A valid driver's license (Category B) is required for this position. What we offer You will become part of a committed workplace where we work together to make a difference for children and families. We are part of the social services' open care and conduct qualified psychosocial treatment work. Here you will meet colleagues with both broad and deep expertise, and together we share knowledge and experience to provide the best possible support to the families we work with. As a new employee, you will receive an introduction that gives you a safe start in your role. You will also be assigned a mentor who will support you during your initial period. We offer continuous supervision, both internally and externally, and we ensure you receive relevant further training that strengthens you in your work. When needs change or research shows new methods, you will be part of developing our approach. We are proud of our workplace and the important work we do; together we create conditions for children and families to grow and develop. Here you will be part of something larger! With warmth and respect, we demonstrate effectiveness in great things and small. We live our values in our interactions with each other and those we serve.
