At Älvan, Ängelholm Municipality's treatment unit for children ages 0-18, we currently have 14 skilled and driven family therapists divided into two groups, the Resource Team and the Family Group. 1 position(s). WORK RESPONSIBILITIES Welcome to Älvan's family group where children are at the center and every conversation makes a difference! Älvan's family group is an experienced and development-oriented work group within Ängelholm Municipality. We work on assignment from authority-exercising social workers or with families who have sought help themselves. Our mission is characterized by a clear child perspective where we offer qualified psychosocial treatment work using a systems-theoretical and salutogenic approach to families, children, and young people, as well as to individual parents. Conversations take place primarily in our office facilities but can be offered in a home environment if needed. Treatment work is designed based on each family's and individual's needs, with respectful treatment as the foundation. Collaboration is a key factor in change work – we cooperate both internally and externally to create the best conditions for our clients. Collegial support, case discussions, and external supervision are integral parts of our working method. And yes – we have a lot of fun together. QUALIFICATIONS You are a social worker with further education in basic psychotherapy (level 1) and have several years of experience with psychosocial treatment work.
