More information will be provided by the responsible recruiter during the process. About the Role The Service Technician role involves field-based work with great autonomy. Your work will be in a customer-facing position with interesting challenges for someone who loves machinery and technology. You will be part of a team with other technician colleagues, where each person is responsible for their own geographic area but supports each other when needed. The position is based from home, and you will be responsible for your own fully equipped service vehicle. The workshop and depot are located in southern Skåne, but your customers are in Skåne, Halland, and Blekinge. This is a temporary employment arrangement where the first part of your employment will be with us at EMPLOID, and then transition to the customer company after 6 months. About You As a person, you are self-driven, trustworthy, and it is of utmost importance that you are problem-solving and can handle multiple focus areas simultaneously. You also have a high quality mindset and work carefully with both your tasks and subsequent documentation. The Service Technician role also involves multiple contact points both internally and externally. Therefore, it is important that you enjoy working in communicative roles, have a service-oriented mindset, and find it inspiring to meet with customers.
