Job Description: We're looking for someone who wants to work both as a field technician with heat pumps and in the office helping our customers—installers of cooling and heating systems—with technical support and expertise. You have a drive to help others and share your knowledge, are service-minded, and can juggle multiple tasks at once. Our support team helps with everything from calculations, troubleshooting, commissioning, and order placement to other questions our customers need help with, whether it's air/air heat pumps, air/water heat pumps, larger commercial systems, or aerotherm units, etc. Most of the work is done via phone/computer, but we also assist on-site at the customer's location if needed. In addition to technical support and inside sales/order handling, you'll also spend some time in the field as a technician and installer. You'll have extensive contact with our customers—installers and end customers alike. You'll also have some contact with our suppliers and their technical specialists. You're an important part of the company and will have many contact points internally and externally. Who do we think you are? We believe you have a strong service mindset and enjoy talking with people and helping them solve problems. You have good technical knowledge and the ability to share it in a pedagogical way. We think you're a handy person who may be a refrigeration technician today with experience as an installer/technician in the field, or perhaps you're an electrician, HVAC technician, or carpenter who feels ready for the next step in your career by sharing your expertise with others. If you've worked in cooling/heating and/or control and regulation technology in the field, that's a strong qualification. If you also have competence/experience in electrical or HVAC work, that's also a plus. You're organized, driven, and forward-thinking, used to taking initiative and driving things to completion on your own. You'll of course have colleagues to bounce ideas off, but you also have the ability to make your own decisions and stand by them. We think you're social, forward-thinking, and have an attitude that's contagious to colleagues and customers. You can handle multiple tasks at once and can prioritize without dropping any balls. You must be able to write/speak Swedish fluently and have at least a category B driver's license. Your role may include training customers if you wish. We place great emphasis on maintaining high competence both internally and helping our resellers with further training. In our customer center, we hold ongoing training in all our business areas. You'll also sometimes participate in social events with our customers, suppliers, etc. This may involve travel within Sweden and abroad.
