Field Service Technician

About the Position As a Field Service Technician with us, you will work with service and repair of construction equipment in the field at our customers' locations. You will work both independently and in close collaboration with colleagues in the workshop. Your main responsibilities: Troubleshooting and problem-solving within engines, hydraulics, and electrical systems Perform service and repairs on construction equipment Plan and structure your service vehicle routes to achieve efficient workflow Build and maintain long-term customer relationships Support the workshop and warehouse when you are not out in the field The position includes travel with overnight stays as our customers are located throughout the country. It is therefore important that you are flexible and see this as a natural part of the work. We are looking for you who Have good knowledge of engines, hydraulics, and electrical systems Are solution-oriented, thorough, and have the ability to work independently Enjoy customer contact and are skilled at building long-term relationships Have at least a B driver's license (BE driver's license is a plus) Speak and write Swedish well Take personal responsibility and can work independently, but also thrive in a team About Nykyrka Maskiner Nykyrka Maskiner opened its doors to the sale of construction equipment in 2018 and has since grown to become Sweden's largest supplier of Everun.
