Your New Role As a Field Secretary, you work preventively and with early interventions for young people facing disadvantaged development, criminality, substance abuse, or mental health issues. The main focus is to build trusting relationships with young people to initiate various types of interventions. Work with young people takes place individually, in groups, and in collaboration with others. You will work proactively and preventively in schools, youth centers, and other places where young people gather. Collaboration with parents occurs through individual support contacts, parent meetings, and by initiating parent walks. Your work is grounded in a systemic approach aimed at unlocking resources within the individual, family, and entire network. The team has external supervision. Your Competence We are looking for someone with a degree in social work. You have knowledge and interest in youth health and development. We also see that you have experience working with young people and their families, as well as experience collaborating with other professionals. It is a merit if you are multilingual and have knowledge and experience with different cultures, as the target group we work with may have diverse backgrounds. As a person, you are confident, independent, and take your own initiative. You find it easy to build and maintain good relationships and collaborate well with others. Personal suitability is given great weight. Work hours are scheduled during daytime as well as evenings and weekends. A Class B driver's license is required for the position. You will be part of the Field Team along with 11 other Field Secretaries. In the same premises are also Support and Mediation for Young Crime Victims and Witnesses, Social Action Group (SIG), and Support for Adult Exit. You will be supervised by the unit manager and the activity coordinator. Good to Know The recruitment concerns a time-limited temporary position, full-time, for the period 261101-271031. Work hours are scheduled during daytime as well as evenings and weekends. In your application, we want a CV and attached diploma and current service certificates.
