The Field Sales Representative Role
As a Field Sales Representative, you are the face of our partner and play a central role in driving sales directly in the store. You meet customers, identify their needs, create interest in the product, and move the deal forward. The role suits you if you enjoy working socially, like clear goals, and are motivated by seeing concrete results from your work.
You will, among other things:
Meet and engage customers in a retail environment
Present and create engagement around our products
Identify the customer's needs and find the right solution
Drive sales toward individual and team goals
Represent a well-known brand in a professional manner
Work together with the team to create strong results
You don't need to know everything from the start. We give you a thorough introduction, continuous coaching, and the right tools to succeed in the role.
