Solar panels, batteries, roofs, windows, heat pumps. We sell, design, and deliver for real! For two generations we've sold and delivered over 5,000 projects throughout Sweden and we're now heading to the next level. Now we need more people who can deliver and want to be part of our journey! What you'll do: Sell and design solar installations, energy storage systems, window replacements, roof replacements, and heat pump installations (residential, farms) Run your own deals from first contact to closing Work with door-to-door sales, meetings, and leads Own the customer relationship and deal all the way through Contribute to the team - we build squads What you get: Best commission in the market A company that already has volume - you won't start from scratch Support in design, purchasing, installation, service, and support Real products from well-known brands Opportunity to grow into team leader / manager role Who you are: We don't care much about your CV, but: You're comfortable talking to people (yes, even cold calling) You like money and are willing to work for it You take responsibility and don't blame the weather, market, or "the leads" You've got guts - this isn't an 8-5 job where everything is handed to you Bonus points if you: Have sales experience Know something about construction / electrical / solar energy Have a driver's license (otherwise it'll be a real pain) Why Grönborgs?
