Job Description We are now seeking an FAI Coordinator for an exciting assignment at Saab within Aerospace. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, leading, and following up on the implementation of First Article Inspection (FAI) – with the goal of ensuring that products meet all requirements from the start. You will work closely with production, quality, and design, where you will serve as a key person in building quality into the process early on. Responsibilities: - Plan and coordinate FAI activities based on project needs and changes - Ensure that the correct documentation, data, and prerequisites are available for inspection - Lead FAI reviews and verify requirements against drawings and documentation - Handle and follow up on deviations and drive corrective actions - Document, quality assure, and finalize FAI reports according to process This is a full-time position, starting immediately and running initially for 6 months. You will be employed by NearYou and work as a consultant for our customer. The role is based on-site in Linköping. Qualifications To be considered for this role, you must have: - At least 1–3 years of full-time experience in production, quality, or manufacturing-related roles, such as quality technician, production technician, or similar - Technical education or equivalent work experience - Experience with or good understanding of: manufacturing processes, blueprint reading and requirements management, inspection and verification methods Meritorious: - Experience with FAI / First Article Inspection - Knowledge of EN 9102 or similar standards - Experience from manufacturing industry - Experience with change management and industrial processes Who Are You? - Structured, thorough, and organized - Good collaboration skills and communicative - Independent and solution-oriented Does This Sound Interesting?
