About the Role As a Facility Manager, you will become a key person in delivering facility-related services to an operation with high demands for quality, safety, and availability. You are responsible for ensuring that suppliers deliver according to contract and that the facilities function optimally based on operational needs. The role focuses on hard FM services such as building maintenance, alarms, ventilation, and other technical facility functions. You will be part of AFRY's FM operations and work closely with both suppliers and the business to ensure well-functioning facility management. You will work mostly from the office, but the position also includes day trips to various sites in central Sweden. Key Responsibilities In this role, you will, among other things: Coordinate and follow up suppliers in technical facility operations and maintenance Monitor deliveries, costs, and orders Handle work orders and cases in business systems Conduct site visits and ensure compliance with workplace and regulatory requirements Be an operational contact person for the business Identify improvement areas and ensure that appropriate measures are implemented What We're Looking For You have approximately three years of experience in Facility Management, facility management, or a similar field You have experience with administrative facility management, strategic management, or portfolio management You have post-secondary education in facility management, construction, real estate, or a related field You communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing You hold a B-class driver's license You can undergo security clearance according to applicable requirements Meritorious University degree in a relevant field Experience from the nuclear power industry Experience from process industry or manufacturing industry Who Are You?
