Description Seasonal Staff at Lunnevibadet and Lunnevis Camping in Grästorp We are seeking seasonal staff for Lunnevibadet and Lunnevis Camping in Grästorp. Here you will become part of an engaged team where excellent hospitality and community are at the center. Lunnevibadet is located together with the camping facility in the middle of the sports and school area in Grästorp. The bathhouse is newly renovated with two pools – an appropriately sized and safe venue for families with children and other swimming enthusiasts from both Grästorp and neighboring municipalities. As part of the renovation, we have also continued to develop our digital services, which provide high accessibility and service for our guests. Work Duties The work is varied and includes service, facility maintenance, and practical tasks to create a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for our guests. Cashier and Reception – Welcome guests, handle bookings and payments, and provide information about the bathhouse and camping facility. Café – Sales and simple food and beverage preparation. Facility Maintenance – A central part of the work that includes the swimming hall, changing rooms, showers, staff areas, entrance, reception, and café. Swimming Hall Supervision – Oversee the pool area and be ready to take action when necessary to ensure guest safety. Swimming School and Activities – With the right qualifications, you can assist in the swimming school (swimming instructors are responsible for instruction). Camping (April–October) – Guest reception, service, ongoing maintenance, and cleaning of sanitary facilities. We place great emphasis on excellent hospitality – guest experience is always our focus. We are Looking for You You are responsible and service-oriented and enjoy work where the pace can vary. You take initiative, see what needs to be done, and contribute to the smooth functioning of the operation even when circumstances change. You understand that facility maintenance is an important part of the overall experience and work carefully and systematically. You are confident in taking responsibility and have good safety awareness. The work requires good physical fitness, as you need to be able to act in an emergency situation and perform lifesaving. Qualifications Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written Good physical fitness – you must pass the Guldbojen test before employment and undergo regular tests during your employment Flexible, responsible, and with a positive work approach Meritorious ⭐ Swimming instructor certification ⭐ Lifesaving skills ⭐ First aid certification ⭐ Experience with swimming school operations ⭐ Experience from bathhouse operations ⭐ Experience with facility maintenance Conditions The position is for seasonal work as needed, for example during vacations, sick leave, and periods of high demand in the operation. Work shifts may sometimes be offered with short notice in consultation with your supervisor. For the right person and based on the operation's needs, there is an opportunity for fixed scheduled hours. Working hours are varied and may include days, evenings, and weekends.
