Working hours vary, primarily scheduled for evenings, but daytime and weekend work also occur.
Your Work Tasks
As production personnel, you will be part of a small work team where collaboration and responsibility are important parts of daily work. Your main tasks will include:
*Work with machinery in the manufacturing industry
*Packing, quality control, and assessment according to established instructions
*Pallet registration and handling of finished products
*Ongoing updates and compliance with new instructions and procedures
Your Profile
For this position, we are looking for someone who enjoys working in a production environment and appreciates practical work with clear processes. You are thorough, loyal, and responsible, while also being curious and eager to learn. You have a natural drive, want to develop yourself, and approach new tasks with commitment. You enjoy working in small teams, where everyone takes responsibility and understands the importance of good collaboration to achieve common goals.
We would prefer that you have previous experience from manufacturing production, but it is not a requirement. A forklift license is a merit and can give you more opportunities in your work. To be eligible, you must be able to work evenings and weekends and be flexible and available as needed during daytime. You must be able to communicate fluently in Swedish both verbally and in writing. If you do not live in Tingsryd, we would appreciate it if you have a driver's license and access to your own car.
For this position, we are looking for students or those with another primary occupation who want to work extra. As a student, you are counted if you are enrolled at a university, college, or Komvux. A registration certificate is required for any employment. You will be employed as a consultant by Maxkompetens but will work at Orthex in Tingsryd.
