Work hours vary, primarily scheduled for evenings, but daytime and weekend work also occur.
Your Work Tasks
As production personnel, you will be part of a small work team where collaboration and responsibility are important parts of daily work. Your main work tasks will include:
*Work with machinery in the manufacturing industry
*Packing, quality control, and assessment according to established instructions
*Pallet registration and handling of finished products
*Ongoing updates and compliance with new instructions and procedures
Your Profile
For this position, we are looking for someone who thrives in a production environment and appreciates practical work with clear processes. You are careful, loyal, and responsible, while also being curious and eager to learn. You have a natural drive, want to develop, and approach new work tasks with commitment. You enjoy working in small teams where everyone takes responsibility and understands the importance of good collaboration to achieve common goals.
We would like to see that you have previous experience from manufacturing production, but it is not a requirement. A forklift certificate is a merit and can give you more opportunities in the work. To be eligible, you need to be able to work evenings and weekends and be flexible and available as needed during daytime as well. You must be able to communicate fluently in Swedish in both speech and writing. If you do not live in Tingsryd, we would like you to have a driver's license and access to your own car.
For this position, we are reaching out to you if you are a student, or alternatively if you have another primary occupation and want to work extra. As a student, you are counted if you are enrolled at a university, college, or Komvux. An enrollment certificate is a requirement for any employment. You will be employed as a consultant by Maxkompetens but work at Orthex in Tingsryd.
