Erna Logistik AB is a distribution company that distributes morning newspapers, magazines, and smaller packages in Värmland, parts of Skaraborg, and northern Dalsland. The company started operations on March 1, 2019.
We have approximately 350 employed distributors who, by car, bicycle, and on foot, make approximately 100,000 deliveries/night Monday through Saturday year-round.
About the Role
As a distributor, you are the final link to our customers and subscribers, so it is important that you are responsible and can work independently.
You work nights and typically start between 02:00-03:00. After completing your morning shift, you have the entire day free for other activities. Distribution occurs 6 days a week, Monday through Saturday, and district sizes typically vary between 3-5 hours, depending on which area you cover and which distribution day of the week it is. To learn the job, you will first practice the district 3-4 times with a mentor.
Deliveries are made using the company's right-hand drive cars, all equipped with automatic transmissions.
We are looking for someone who can step in on short notice and cover for absences and sick leave on an ongoing basis in our substitute pool.
Salary according to collective agreement.
About You
- You should be thorough and have a strong sense of service.
- Be at least 18 years old
- Speak, read, and understand basic Swedish
- Have a personal number (or coordination number)
- Valid work permit in Sweden
- For car districts, a Swedish driver's license is required
