We are looking for short-term substitutes for our operations in support, service, care and nursing. In our substitute system Time Care Pool you enter your own availability and are matched with available work shifts within the operations where your expertise is needed. You choose when you want to be available for work and have the opportunity to combine the job with studies, family life, or other activities. The system is used to match substitutes with operations' needs and give you as a substitute great flexibility in everyday life. Meaningful work where you make a difference for other people. Your Assignment As a short-term substitute, you replace regular staff during absence and work where the need is greatest. The work tasks are varied and you work primarily with providing service, support, and care for people who cannot manage independently in their everyday life and life situation. A large part of the assignment involves doing activities together with the people you are there for. All work is based on the individual's needs and wishes. You will thus work with personal care, mobilization and transfers, social support, and medication management. Documentation is also an important work task, and you are responsible for documenting in the user's journal according to the Social Services Act. Who We're Looking For We are looking for you who are genuinely interested in working with people. In addition to this, you should: - be at least 18 years old - have good digital skills - be able to provide grades in Swedish corresponding to year 9 - have previous experience from work in care and nursing homes, home care, personal assistance, group homes, social psychiatry, hospitals, or other relevant care activities. It is an advantage if you are trained as a nursing assistant/support assistant. As a person, you should be good at collaboration, building relationships, and finding quick solutions to problems.
